Water Access Rights in Colorado

Ben Ryder Howe put together an outstanding story on one of the many issues facing anglers in Colorado – water access rights. In Howe’s story for The New York Times, he details the unique issues that bar anglers from not only walking on river beds that flow through private property, but floating on that water, as well.
