U.S. House Passes Habitat, Access Bill
According to the folks over at Angling Trade, the U.S. House recently passed the INVEST in America Act, which features money appropriated for use in wildlife habitat connectivity projects.
That includes knitting together fragmented streams, restoring their flows to historical norms, and providing more spawning habitat.
