The Popper-Dropper Rig

I almost always fish a hopper-dropper-dropper rig, even during the dead of winter. It’s more effective than most folks realize.

What I haven’t ever tried, however, is a popper-dropper rig. Yes, you read that right. Kent Klewein, over at Gink & Gasoline, wrote all about it and the efficacy of this rig here.
