Fly Fishers International has announced that exhibitor booth space for their FishFest set to be held August 7-11, 2018, in Boise Idaho, has now sold out.

Fly Fishers International FishFest Exhibitor Booth Space Sold Out

BOISE, Idaho – In what has been called a “remarkable achievement by dedicated volunteers,” all exhibitor booth space for the upcoming Fly Fishers International’s Fly Fishing Fair and FishFest has sold out.  It is the earliest display booth sell-out in the history of the event.

The FFI FishFest will be held in the 86,000-square foot Boise Centre, Aug.7-11 with the consumer trade show opening Aug. 9.

“Fly Fishers International has commitments from more than 65 local, regional, national and international exhibitors including the biggest names in the fly-fishing industry,” stated FFI President and CEO Len Zickler.

Event attendees will have the opportunity of test-casting 2018 and 2019 model fly rods from Burkheimer, Orvis, Redington, R. L. Winston, and Sage as well as bamboo and Tenkara craftsmen.

Fly reel makers displaying at the event include Abel, Galvan and Waterworks Lamson.

Wading gear, accessory and clothing manufacturers are Fishpond, Patagonia and Simms.

Other booth exhibitors include local fly shops and outfitters, fly line manufacturers, drift boat and raft builders, fly tying equipment manufacturers, fly-fishing resorts, guide services, artists/sculptors, local clubs and non-profits.

An 80- x 20-foot casting pond will be constructed inside the exhibit area.

New gear viewing will take place concurrently with fly-fishing workshops, youth activities, women’s connect opportunities, casting and tying demonstrations, tying competitions and conservation activities.

Admission to FishFest and all associated activities is free with advance Fair registration or day pass entry.  Day passes are $10 with free entry for children 11 and under.  Advance Fair registration, including sponsor offers and access to all FishFest activities, is $35 per person or $45 for a family.
