Was That a Fish?

Dom Swentosky, in one of his latest pieces for Troutbitten, recently penned this piece about an age-old question in fly fishing.

Was that bump I felt a fish, or a rock?

It’s a question to which an answer is never really explained, but guessed at. What Dom does, though, is at least help you get a better feel for when to set the hook.
