D. L. Goddard Passes

D. L. Goddard, perhaps best known among fly fishers for his inventive use of epoxy in saltwater tying, passed away on January 4, 2016. Goddard, who was a custom fly tier, fly casting instructor and fly designer for Umpqua Feather Merchants, also produced videos on tying techniques and saltwater rigging, an example of which is below.
