Tying the CB Stocker Streamer

Chally Bates was just fourteen years old when he came up with a pattern designed specifically for stocked trout.   Bates is now well into his 70s, and his streamer works just as well as it did 60 years ago.  Tim Flagler show us the steps in tying it.
