"Low-End" Gear to Combat Invasive Species?
Bob Wiltshire of the Center for Aquatic Nuisance Species in Montana has an interesting thought on where eco-friendly wading gear is headed: toward a “one-piece” boot and wader that is easily cleaned and dried. Oregonian editors suggest that until laces, tongues and uppers go away, states may feel like banning felt is an incomplete solution.
