“Trout Fishing the Most Incredible Water I’ve Ever Seen” | North Georgia Trout
“Georgia isn’t really known for its trout fishing. However the Appalachian mountain range reaches as far south as Georgia and has some of the most beautiful water I’ve ever fished. North Georgia is the farthest south that trout can survive in the Southeast of America. These mountains are full of brown trout, rainbow trout, and brook trout (the only trout native to the area).
In this video we explore new creeks in search of some wild rainbow trout but struggle during a cold front. With snow falling and temperatures dropping into the 20’s the fish shut down. We persevered and were able to catch a handful of trout on the fly.”
