“The Madison”

Montana state Fish, Wildlife & Parks has proposed limiting commercial access to the Madison, which now sees more than 180,000 angler days per year.  Is it a biological issue, or a social one?  Whatever the outcome, what happens with regulation of the Madison is likely to affect not only other rivers in Montana, but perhaps the whole Greater Yellowstone region.   Extraordinary filmwork and production by Eli Harris.  Featuring fly fishing guide Julie Eaton and fly shop owner and outfitter Joe Dilschneider.
