The begining of spring in South Florida when the conditions get just right, large Tarpon move into the back country. When Captain Jarad “Dingo” Boshammer made the call to Taylor Barlow, the wheels were set in motion. Ross Downard was extended an invitation to join them fishing and film the trip.
