Eric Johnson

Eric M. Johnson is an American journalist, author, and outdoorsman. Born and raised in Chicago, he now lives in Seattle, where he writes about Boeing and the billionaire space race for Reuters News.

His first novel, Whenever a Happy Thing Falls, a withering account of a recent graduate’s toxic life at an elite investment bank, was published on March 2, 2021 from Cloud Hands Press. The book draws on his experience working as a financial analyst in Chicago and living for a college semester in London.
