The Only Battered Fish Recipe You Need
This piece by Peter Kaminsky caught my eye over the weekend. I made fried halibut and cod for my wife and in-laws Friday evening, and wish I would’ve read this before trying my hand at the American version of fish and chips.
This is a great recipe, and one I’ll definitely be trying out soon.
