Scottish Anglers Told to Stay Home
This story comes to us from the Edinburgh Evening News, in Scotland. Recently, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson issued a shelter-in-place order for residents. Johnson, however, did say that leaving homes for exercise – like cycling – was permissible.
However, the Scottish Anglers National Association has advised all anglers to stay at home until the shelter-in-place order is lifted. Similarly, in England and Wales, the Angling Trust told anglers to stay at home as well.
