Pushback from a recent article in SeattleMet about wild steelhead being served up at Seattle-based McGill’s restaurant has been heard loud and clear, resulting in the menu item being pulled and a statement amended to the original article. And through the process, awareness of sustainability and fisheries management has been achieved as well.
