- Scott Heywood of Fly Paper fished Seychelles pre-Y2K when it was still an undiscovered gem. What he found was hoards of bonefish, giant trevally, bluefin trevally and bonefish.
- Montana Trout Unlimited has organized a Yellowstone River Clean up to take place on Saturday, April 14th. Participants will receive a free boat power wash and food.
- Bill Hartman, of Fly Fish Kansas Guide Service, often gets calls from confused people asking where he catches trout in Kansas. He responds: “We don’t. But we’ll catch just about everything else that swims in Kansas.”
- The blue-wing olive hatch has started in Colorado, according to Kirk Webb, and it is one of the heaviest blue-wing olive hatches that he’s encountered.
