Patagonia: “Don’t Buy This Jacket”
An advertisement in the Black Friday edition of The New York Times—filled with tantalizing offers and uncommon deals—described all the reasons why readers should not buy a jacket. And it was run by the jacket’s manufacturer: Patagonia.
