Washington State Limits Public Input on Fishing Regulations
The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife has proposed 2012-2013 fishing regulations that are now available for public comment. As Doug Huddle notes in the Bellingham Herald, an executive order by Gov. Chris Gregoire now limits the public’s role in shaping future regulations.
