George Black, author of the recently released Casting a Spell (Random House, August 2006, 272 pages), talks about the impact of global warming on trout, the biggest threats to rivers, and becoming a writer in the early 21rst century: “It’s a very crowded field – reminds me a little of how human rights was 10-15 years ago.
