Winter Fly Fishing a Small Icy Stream for Brown Trout
Producer: Tight Lining MD
“Winter fishing, in the right conditions, can be some of the more rewarding of the year. You typically have the stream to yourself, fish are looking for a reason to feed, given their metabolism is slowed down greatly in the winter. So if you keep an eye out for a sunny day/warm day it can pay off. On this trip I continue testing out my single nymph rig and have some success in a local small stream. Sit back and enjoy a few tips and techniques on how to catch small stream brown trout.”
