“Autumn Splendor – Native Brook Trout on the Fly Rod (Central NY)”
“Took a day off from bowhunting to get out and explore a small stream where I had spotted brookies in the past (without my flyrod). It had been on my list of streams to fish for a few years and this was the day I finally got out and explored with the flyrod. Although I didn’t catch any big fish I caught lots of gorgeous brookies (and one wild brown). Beautiful little stream that I will be sure to explore again in the future. Missed a couple brookies in th 10-12″ range…”
