A Father and Son’s Fly Fishing Passion Transcends Death
“When Jeff Davis’s father died, he passed his love and passion for the sport of fly fishing on to his son. Though not the usual means by which the tradition is handed down, discovering a new found appreciation for the sport has helped Jeff better connect with the memory of his father, and in turn his own family.
In this short film we produced in 2019 for Maine Fly Company, we learn a little about what got Jeff interested in making small batch fly rods as well as what the rich sporting heritage and craftsmanship of his home state of Maine means to him and so many others.”
