- A recent article in the Desert News reports on the rally held at the Utah capitol building in support of HB37, which would allow increased public access to waterways in the state.
- The Oregon chub has been declared recovered under the U.S. Endangered Species Act and “no longer meets the definition of an endangered species or a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.” This is the first time a fish has reached recovered status.
