Washington Governor Announces 2022 Salmon Recovery Budget

As part of the 2022 state budget for Washington, Governor Jay Inslee has earmarked $187 million for salmon recovery efforts. The money will protect habitat, create more fish passages, and work with hatcheries and commercial fishing operations to better manage the wild salmon fishery.
