Fishing Changes Likely on Pennsylvania Waters

According to this article from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat commission is planning on implementing changes to some waters in the state. This includes a popular trout fishery, which would be open to year-round, all-tackle fishing.
