TRCP Publishes the “Sportsmen’s Water Budget”

From TRCP:

With appropriations season in full swing, many people want an easy way to make sense of the budget. To help out, the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership has created the Sportsmen’s Water Budget – a budget tracking tool that catalogs every federal water conservation program important to America’s hunters and anglers. This database captures a snapshot of what the federal government is doing to improve aquatic habitat for hunting and fishing, and enables you to compare it with past years.

The TRCP will update the data as the federal government makes spending decisions, and periodically add budgetary analyses to explain what the data mean for sportsmen and women.

Visit the TRCP blog for a full description of why the Sportsmen’s Water Budget is important to the TRCP mission to “guarantee all Americans quality places to hunt and fish.”
