Photo: “Praying at the Albie Altar”

Long-time MidCurrent reader Vince Staley sent us this photo from his late fall albie fishing on North Carolina’s southeastern coast.   Apparently there was a need to work some magic and propitiate the fishing gods in order to get friend Tom MaGee a fish.

“It got this bad: Tom MaGee prays at the albie altar. It took several days but it finally got Tom a fish.”
