- On February 16, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the lower courts ruling that the 2001 Roadless Rule is unconstitutional. By upholding the law, the Court protected “some of the best hunting and angling opportunities on the planet,” according to TU president Chris Wood.
