Bob Clouser on Susquehanna Catch-And-Release Regs
A proposal to limit sections of the Susquehanna river to catch-and-release only has some tournament anglers crying foul, but renowned fly fisher and river expert Bob Clouser says “better late than never.”
“Bob Clouser, possibly the most famous Susquehanna River guide and a fly fishing innovator known worldwide, believes the emergency regulations are ‘absolutely the right thing’ and ‘should have occurred five years ago.'” Marcus Schneck in the Patriot-News.
