Dave Whitlock Honored by Trout Hall of Fame
Author, artist, fly tier and fly fishing instructor Dave Whitlock became the first inductee of the National Trout Hall of Fame in Mountain Home, Arkansas on Saturday. “‘Dave Whitlock is a god in trout,’ said ASUMH Chancellor Ed Coulter. Whitlock is known internationally for his fly designs, fishing techniques and art, and for ’25 years worth of work saving Crooked Creek from gravel mining,’ said George Peters.” From the Baxter Bulletin.
