World's Most Expensive Fly
It would require a fly box the size of an aircraft hangar. The giant metal fly that floats above Bryan Whitaker’s Round Rocks Fly Shop in Logan, Utah had a hard time gaining acceptance from traffic cops and locals, but now it might just be the world’s most expensive fly. Price tag: $150,000.
“According to Whitaker, the day after Carlson’s people installed the fly a Logan city code inspector came by and said it didn’t meet the city’s sign regulations. In the end, the giant fly was officially designated a sculpture and allowed to stand.” Jay Patrick on HJNews.com.
