California Halts Commercial Salmon Fishing

As expected, California reacted to the dramatic drop in coho salmon stocks by calling a halt to all commercial fishing for that species this year. “The Pacific Fishery Management Council voted to cancel all commercial salmon fishing off the California and Oregon coasts this year. The decision led Gov.
