- The Deschutes Brewery has made a one billion gallon annual water restoration commitment through the Deschutes River Conservancy. The Bend, Oregon brewery, by doing so, hopes to increase the stream flow and water quality of the iconic river in order to help life flourish.

- MidCurrent artist Bob White has agreed to donate 25% of print sales to the Sportsman’s Alliance for Alaska in an effort to help stop the Pebble Mine.
