This is very similar to the Sparkle Minnow and also shares parts with the Kreelex—but we really wanted to see what happens when you combine them. This fly swims great, and you can tie them in so many different colors. Hareline’s Shimmerbou is a really cool flash option that will swim much better than normal Krystal flash. This is best tied in about a size 2 to 6, and you can vary the weight by adding more lead or even tungsten beads to the shank of the hook.
