“Just occasionally, the fly fishing gods aren’t smiling upon you. For whatever reason, the stars don’t align and the more you try to tighten a line, the more elusive it seems to be… This was one such trip as I teamed up with mates Hans, Rob and Austrian Guide Christof Menz, to try to winkle out a few trout from the deep south. Things finally come together and the fish rise to our dries on a cool late season day on some stunning water.”
