Fly Fishing in the Soca River Valley | Slovenia Diaries
“The Soča river valley has become the place we are eager to come back to multiple times each year. And for good reason – the water is spectacular, the surrounding Alps are breathtaking, and the rivers are full of big fish.
Although we visit during summer as well, it is Autumn that brings out the most beautiful colours out of the surrounding Alps and the Soca river valley as a whole. The fishing isn’t as pressured, the fish are still plentiful, and you may even get a once in a lifetime chance to fight a giant.”
