  • Bamboo rodmaker Ron Knowles recently put his knowledge and skills to larger use in making a 16-foot bamboo drift boat. “It flexes and comes back,” says Knowles. “You don’t need to worry about it breaking. It’s stronger than a lot of stuff and it looks cool.” Via The Missoulian.

  • The 2016 Tenkara Jam will be held October 15-16 in Cherokee, North Carolina. Presenters include Daniel Galhardo, Tom Sadler, Anthony Naples, Jason Klass, and Erik Ostrander.
