Tippets: Early Orvis Fly Book, Ginking & Sinking
- In 1883, Charles F. Orvis co-edited a book called “Fishing with the Fly,” which contained colored plates of 149 standard trout, salmon, and bass flies, along with 24 articles by well-known anglers of the time. The book is available to read in full online via The Internet Archive.
