Troutfest in Detail

The Townsend Troutfest, which will be held in Townsend, Tennessee on May 18-20, has released a detailed schedule of all of the events of the weekend.  On Friday night, the opening banquet and auction will be held with a variety of impressive items up for bid, including the opportunity to fish with the famous Lefty Kreh on a guided smallmouth trip.  Also up on the block is a one-week stay at a beachfront retreat in the Abaco Islands.

Saturday and Sunday will be filled demonstrations, seminars, conservation displays and presentations by some big names in fly fishing, including Jason Borger, Bob Clouser, and Lefty Kreh.   A Saturday night social will feature a presentation by Borger (a casting double in A River Runs Through It), followed by a showing of the movie.
