New York Eliminates Saltwater Fishing License
After only two years, New York will do away with its $10 saltwater fishing license in favor of a free registry for anglers. “The state licenses, and now the free registration, are meant to bring New York in line with a federal mandate to document U.S. fisheries and help with long-term management.” From the Associated Press.
