Michigan May Add 38 Miles of Gear-Restricted Waters
The state considered over 1000 miles of rivers suggested by anglers and guides, but ended by including only 38 new miles in its recommendation for adding new “gear-restricted” waters. “The report will be posted on the agency’s web site at the end of May and will be followed by a series of public meetings statewide in June,” said Howard Meyerson of the Grand Rapids Press.
