Tying a Sulphur Soft Hackle

Tim Flagler ties the Sulphur Soft Hackle, an extremely versatile pattern that can be fished as a dry/cripple on the surface, dead drifted as nymph, or swung and lifted like a wet fly. This is a traditional soft hackle with the exception of the wire abdomen.
