  • A recent vote by the United States Congress allowed the Land and Water Conservation Fund to lapse.  The Fund was the largest and most successful federal funding mechanism for national and local conservation efforts. Read a satire of the recent ruling, via Pale Morning Media.

  • The Pebble Partnership is pursuing its claim that the EPA worked with anti-mine activists to derail the Pebble Mine project. Pebble Ltd. is issuing subpoenas to numerous conservation groups, Native organizations and hunting or fishing associations and individuals,  in a hunt for information dating back a decade.
