Gear: Winter Storage Tips

If you’re like most of us, you probably set aside key pieces of your fly fishing gear at the end of the season without much ceremony: stuffing rods back into tubes or leaning them against the back of a closet, putting reels on the shelf, tossing fly boxes, well, wherever. But there are some simple things you can do to be sure your gear emerges from hibernation without scars and ready for spring.
