"Is There Good Trout Fishing in Winter?"

Some of us pack away our rods and reels and forget about our fly collections when snowflakes first appear. But a MidCurrent reader question about trout fishing in winter reminded Phil Monahan of some great days spent on the water when temperatures had plummeted (one a 17-degree freezer).
