Artist Mark Goodwin

Mark Goodwin is a self taught craftsman who builds artisan belts using hand tools and traditional jeweler’s methods. Made from five recycled metals and locally sourced gemstones and other materials, Mark’s work captures the essential anatomical form of animals and then positions them in action so that each buckle tells a story. He is an internationally recognized, award-winning artisan and World Champion Belt Buckle Competition finalist.

Mark’s father started him fly fishing in southern Louisiana farm ponds and bayous when he was six years old.
