New iPhone/Pad App: “An Encyclopedia of Fishing Flies”

A new app for fly fishers displays over 1300 photographed flies, together with tying and fishing notes and an extensive bibliography.  “An Encyclopedia of Fishing Flies,” published by Harper Collins in association with Trellisys.net, costs $6.99 and is compatible the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.  According to the publisher, the app “includes search, add to favourites and a quiz to test your knowledge.”
