- In Pennsylvania, Cumberland County’s Street to Streams program gives youth not only an extracurricular activity, but also an appreciation for conservation and “something that they can come back to right away or they can come back to 15 to 20 years from now as they grow into young adults,” says Justin Pittman, Juvenile Probation Officer and CVTU President.
