A Biodegradable Strike Indicator

Brett French writes in this morning’s Billings Gazette about Gary Knopp and his new biodegradable strike indicators. Made of a corn-based yarn, the new indicators will dissolve if left in water.
“In a debris-littered backwater eddy of the Bighorn River last summer, Gary Knopp saw opportunity. ‘There must have been 10 or 15 of those little strike indicators floating around.'”
