"Do Right By Your Grandmother"
“‘We didn’t want it to be a warden, like somebody was in trouble,’ Thompson said. ‘And for some reason we landed on your grandmother. You want to do right by your grandmother.'” Montana’s Division of Fish, Wildlife & Parks hired Bozeman agency Brickhouse Creative to come up with a novel approach to teaching river etiquette following a rise in the number of complaints about bad behavior on southwest Montana rivers. It’s conjectured that the notion of an angry grandmother complaining about bad habits might be more powerful than any fear of the game warden.
